The Ramsey speaker-phone kit efficiently replaces a cluster of add-on phone gadgets to give you what you really want in the shop or office: the ability to answer incoming calls and continue what you’re doing while talking from anywhere in the room. We designed this device because we needed such units at work, so the technicians could answer a telephone question while checking a manual or taking a voltage reading. Well, quite a few of our prototypes found their way home and pretty soon we realized that this would make a great kit.

Imagine how handy it would be to simply answer back from anywhere in your shop - without stopping what you’re doing. It’s like linking two rooms together into one. The real beauty of this kit is: 1) it needs no battery when connected to the phone line and 2) it can be simply connected to the phone line by itself without using a extra telephone. For intercom use, a regular 9 volt battery powers the unit. Includes built-in electret microphone, just add your choice of speaker. Comes complete with the custom case and knob set shown.
