        - Corrected double logging bug when INA219 logging was active
        - Improvements made to mopower-command.sh
        - mpcmd symbolic link added for mopower-command.sh, mpcmd -> mopower-command.sh, modified instructions to reflect change
        - Newer versions of Raspian now use timedatectl instead of NTP by default, added checking of timedatectl to mopower-ups-ntp-check.sh
          mopower-ups-ntp-check.sh will now work with both NTP and timedatectl
          Added checks for existance of ntpq and timedatectl
          Changed checking of network time sync and setting of UPS RTC to be more frequent (10s vs 2 minutes) when UPS time has not yet been set, this speeds up initial UPS RTC time setup
          When UPS RTC time has been set, checking is now less frequent at about once every 10 minutes (vs 2 minutes in prior versions)
        - Added mopower directory to PATH in install script and install instructions
        - Renamed INSTALL-Raspbian-Jessie.sh to INSTALL-Raspbian.sh  and   INSTALL-Raspbian-Jessie.txt to INSTALL-Raspbian.txt
        - Created new archived directory and moved INSTALL-Raspbian-Wheezy.txt to this directory
        - Changed mopower-ups-wrapper.sh to run mopower-ups.py in quiet mode (-n option) to lessen terminal output
