	- Updated and tested INSTALL-Raspbian-Jessie.sh with newest release of Raspbian Jessie
	- Changed TTY used by scripts to the universal /dev/serial0 port used by current releases of Jessie
	  /dev/serial0 should be the same GPIO UART on all versions of Pi now and going forward
	- Changed 1 second logging file (mopower-upslog.detail) to memory (tmpfs) under /run/shm/mopower/
	- Added /etc/logrotate.d/mopower-logrotate for rotating mopower-upslog and mopower-upslog.detail logs
	- Once per minute (/var/log/mopower-upslog) logging code improved
	- Added basic usage and instructions file mopower-instruction-manual.txt
