-	Added battery charge controls
-	Added battery discharge tests 
-	Added POWER_ON_OVERRIDE
-	Added aux and power switch hold down EEPROM reset feature on powerup
-	Added UCTEMP internal MCU temperature
-	Added logic to turn battery charge off when input voltage is less then SETTINGS_UPS_POWER_FAIL_VOLTS
-	Adjusted ADC_VIN_DIV and ADC_VBATT_DIV to 33.20, Also added ADC_VIN_DIV and ADC_VBATT_DIV to serial interface for user access
-	Added average reads (ADC_VBATT1, 2, 3) to ADC battery reads similar to VIN. Average of 3 values is taken for Vin and Vbatt now.
-	Minor Bug fix for initial ADC read
